The mini-lofts are a project by Metathesis, a property developer focused on sustainability and property rehabilitation.
Construction was carried out by Meca, sociedade de construções, Lda, a company with over 30 years’ experience in refurbishment, which has worked in partnership with Metathesis for over 20 years.
In former workers’ buildings, Metathesis built the first Mini Loft buildings in the city of Almada. Páteo das Maias and Páteo do Fontinha are aimed at the short-term rental market for young people, students and displaced people. This is a unique concept with all expenses included, as well as a weekly cleaning service. The great advantage of this type of accommodation is the ease and speed with which it can be contracted, as well as its all-inclusive cost.
The mini-loft buildings are the result of the construction excellence of Meca, sociedade de construções, Lda, a construction company that has been operating in the sector for over 30 years.
