Páteo das Maias
This mini-loft building was our first love – located in the heart of Cova da Piedade.
It features 8 fully equipped mini-lofts, offering comfort, privacy, and a practical lifestyle in one of Almada’s most historic areas.
Set on the south bank of the Tagus River, Almada is famous for its sweeping views of Lisbon, the Cristo Rei monument, stunning beaches, and deep maritime heritage. Once a bustling industrial hub, the city attracted workers from across Portugal.
The Páteo das Maias, a former traditional courtyard where many of these families once lived, has now been reimagined, blending past and present through thoughtful reabilitation and contemporary living.
Páteo do Fontinha
This is our latest building, located in Cova da Piedade, Almada.
It features six thoughtfully designed mini-lofts – perfect for independent living or sharing as a couple.
Almada is a unique blend of urban life and nature, home to green spaces like Parque da Paz, Mata dos Medos, and the Arriba Fóssil Nature Reserve. The city also boasts a vibrant cultural scene, with theatres, museums, and year-round festivals.
Nearby, the historic neighbourhood of Cacilhas is renowned for its seafood restaurants and its easy ferry connection to Lisbon, offering the best of both worlds.
